Hello my name is Michael, thank you for visiting. I love Florida's natural landscape and it's wildlife. It's been my home for 24 years. Many of my paintings are in contemporary realism. They may look photographic in print, but when viewing the originals you see that I don't paint every feather, leaf, and hair. I create the impression of them. I've scanned and reproduced the paintings with the best resolution but there is still about a 40% loss. The originals and Prints are much sharper and the colors more vivid. My transparencies were photographed by world famous Hans Kaczmareck (German Master Photographer).
